TalentFirst is an introductory agency. We listen to your brief, search our candidate network and present verified profiles. You remain the employer, with control over payroll, supervision and the final hiring decision.

Simple, transparent pricing

There is no traditional placement fee. For long-term hires, TalentFirst charges the family an ongoing service fee of 2.5% of the employee's gross remuneration, plus applicable tax.

The TalentFirst fee is added on top of the employee's remuneration and is never deducted from their pay. You'll see the expected fee while setting up the role and the exact amount before completing the hire.

Founding families pay no TalentFirst service fee for the first two months of their first eligible long-term direct employment relationship. Employee pay is unchanged. Payroll, screening, tax and third-party costs are not included.

Candidates never pay TalentFirst to find work.
